P-CED is a social enterprise, deriving revenue from software development and IT consultancy business to provide core funding for its social objectives. We build custom database driven desktop and web applications. Our in house products include Meeting Point a room and facilities reservation system used by UK corporations and government.
We are also distributors for Unicare patient management and SiPACS imaging products for the healthcare environment.
P-CED pioneered the introduction of social enterprise in Russia by sourcing the Tomsk initiative and microfinance bank, leading to the creation of the Russian Microfinance Centre in 2002.
Our current social target is the reformation of institutional childcare in Ukraine, together with the introduction of microfinance, social enterprise and rural broadband deployment in an anti-poverty initiative, proposed to government as a 'Marshall Plan' for Ukraine.
